Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the supervisor in finalizing the research project, which includes duties such as planning and executing the experiment, gathering and interpreting data, as well as preparing the lab report, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical investigations in line with the objectives of research and development, devise experimental plans derived from these investigations, and oversee the execution of these plans;

- Execute and operate the experimental procedures, including the testing of antigens and antibodies;

- Optimize or develop novel testing techniques when necessary, including pseudovirus packaging;

- Responsible for data recording, sorting and analysis, writing lab reports, and reporting research results;

- Engage in routine maintenance and management of the lab, including safety instruction and keeping logs for lab equipment maintenance;

- Complete other tasks assigned by corporate leaders or the head of the research team.

Requirements:

- Major in immunology, with a minimum of three years of relevant working experience and a master's degree or above;

- Possess a thorough understanding of immunology and be well-versed in standard antigen-antibody testing procedures;

- Capable of working autonomously and managing all aspects of experimental processes;

- Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative nature, ensuring productive interactions with colleagues;

- Demonstrate a high level of diligence and efficient time management to ensure timely completion of research tasks.

- Solid expertise in immunology and virology, with skills in widely utilized molecular diagnostic and immune assessment techniques like Western Blot (WB) and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA);

- Practical experience with animal research, including the capacity to carry out vaccinations, dissections, and other procedures on animals;

- Competent in data interpretation and statistical analysis, with proficiency in a range of bioinformatics software;

- Skilled in comprehending scholarly articles in both Chinese and English;

- Possession of a high degree of responsibility and professional commitment, along with a fervent interest in the pursuit of scientific research.
